Quality Life Service recognizes the importance of providing person centered services to individuals with intellectual and development disabilities. The agency’s mission is to afford every individual the opportunity to learn and develop the qualities of self-reliance, self-respect, personal responsibility necessary to maximize each person’s self-fulfillment and potential development.
What We Offer
Residential Services
We provide residential services for adults with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities. We provide Host homes and Family Care Giver.
Nursing Services
QLS has a fulltime RN-BSN nurse to support with monitoring each person’s care and treatment. The nurse will provide training, oversight for medication administration, medical appointments, follow up from medical appointments and help you stay organized with your medical needs. The nurse is here to give support to the host home provider and family care giver as we know this can be a challenge.
Benefits Services
We have a fulltime benefits specialist who can help support with all of your benefits including but not limited to Medicaid, Medicare, rep-payee and monitoring of finances to ensure each person maintains their eligibility for services requirements.
Services
HUD Inspections
At QLS our Housing Urban Development Inspection team ensures the health and safety of our individuals with routine inspections performed.
QMAP Training
We are an approved Qualified Medication Administration Personnel Training entity. All courses are taught by our in house registered nurse on how to safely administer, monitor and document according to doctor’s orders.
